Welcome to online registration for 2011 Summer Camps. Before you begin, please note the following:

• We now offer online credit card payment as an alternative to mailing a cheque.
• After you have completed this online form, you will need to send your waiver forms via postal mail, along with your deposit (if paying by cheque).
• We still offer the option of registering by mail if you prefer.
• This form has multiple pages; you can move back and forth between them by using the Previous Page and Next Page buttons at the bottom.
