Next Steps for Online Registrants

Once your registration form has been submitted, there are a couple of steps that remain. These steps must be done within 14 days of registration to keep your place on the registration list. As always, registering does not guarantee acceptance; you will receive a notification by April 15.

 


Step 1: Send deposit via credit card or cheque

We now accept credit card payments via PayPal. A credit card is required; however there is no need to have a PayPal account.

If you would rather send a cheque, please send $50 per camper along with your waiver form in Step 2. Please make your cheque payable to "Crowsnest Lake Bible Camp".

 


Step 2: Send completed waiver forms (& cheque, if preferred)

A signed medical release and medical waiver must be mailed to Crow for each camper who has applied. 2011 Waiver Forms [PDF] To view the PDF document you may need to download the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Please note: Waiver forms and deposits must be forwarded to camp within 14 days in order to keep your spot on the acceptance list. Waivers must be signed by both campers and parents/guardians.
