Reading Break Camp Registration

Welcome to online registration for Winter Camp 2011. Before you begin, please note the following:

  • We accept credit cards for payment (processed through PayPal - no account required). Cheques are OK too. If you prefer to register by mail, there is a printed form available also.
  • After you have completed this online form, you will need to send your waiver forms via postal mail, along with your deposit (if paying by cheque).
  • This form has multiple pages; you can move back and forth between them by using the Previous Page and Next Page buttons at the bottom.
