The May Long weekend is an excellent time to get away and enjoy time in the mountains in the spring. Camp is for the young at heart, so if you are in the “over 50 category,” don’t let your age hold you back! If you come to the Keenagers weekend, you will find out that older folk can have a fabulous time at camp too.
Keenagers certainly moves at a slower pace than many of our other camps, and there is plenty of free time to enjoy the beautiful surroundings in the company of like-minded friends, old or new. We also have two chapel sessions each day where we sing together and enjoy Bible teaching that is relevant and encouraging.
During the afternoons, you can go for a walk, play Scrabble, work with others on a challenging jigsaw puzzle, sit by the fire with a good book, explore local historic sites, play some horseshoes, go swimming in Sparwood, or have a snooze… it’s your choice. Whatever you hope to do, there is a place for you here.
So why not give Keenagers a try this year? But don’t leave it too late to make up your mind. We generally have a full house, so the earlier you register, the better!
