Senior Summer Positions

These roles are crucial for a successful summer. All Volunteer positions are eligible for our Bursary program, but these roles are often the volunteers making most use of it. Start dates vary, but most of these positions run from mid June to the end of August.

Head Cabin Leader - (1 Male, 1 Female Position) Female Head Cabin Leader needed for August
As the Head Cabin Leader, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being and spiritual growth of our campers and staff. You are Primarily responsible for supporting and supervising the cabin leading staff at the Lake site. They will support the cabin leading staff by assisting with camper/cabin issues such as homesick campers.The Head Cabin leaders also oversee the PIECC program and break schedules.

PIT Leader - (1 Male, 1 Female Position) Filled for 2024
As the PIT Crew Leaders, you will play a vital role in planning and implementing the Personnel in Training (PIT) program. This program is focused on leadership, servanthood, and discipleship development for youth aged 16-17. This program integrates daily group teaching, team-building activities, and hands-on leadership experiences within our summer camp scope of practice.

Volunteer Coordinator Assistant - (1 Position Available) Filled for 2024
As the Summer Camp Volunteer Coordinator Assistant,  you will work closely with the Volunteer Coordinator to support the recruitment, training, and coordination of volunteers. During the summer you will assist the Volunteer coordinator with Logistics and supervision of the Volunteer staff team in collaboration with the rest of the Senior staff team.
